Geodesic Limited has informed the Exchange that a provisional liquidator has been appointed by the Bombay High Court pursuant to an order passed by the High Court in Company Application (L) No. 153 of 2014 in Company Petition 471. The provisional liquidator, on May 13, 2014, has taken physical possession of the assets and properties of the company lying at its registered office.The Company has already filed an appeal against the impugned order, which appeal will come up for hearing in due course.

Krishnan, retired IAS officer and Ex-Chief Secretary of Jharkhand as Independent Director on the Board with immediate effect; (2) Appointed a committee to review the equity buy back proposal since the current stock price is higher than the earlier approved buy back price.

He ceases to be the Promoter of the Company with immediate effect. The Board thanked Mr. Mahesh Murthy for his valuable contribution to the growth of the Company.

Geodesic Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board has taken note of the resignation of Mr. Mahesh Murthy and Mr. Rakesh Mathur, Non-Executive Directors due to their pre-occupation at its meeting held on December 15, 2008. They have ceased to be a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
