Geodesic Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors of the Company has approved the acquisition of a Company in the space of Communication and Social Networking with offices globally.

Geodesic Information Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that "By an order dated November 23, 2007 and December 13, 2007 the Hon'ble High Court at Bombay Judicature and Bangalore Judicature respectively has approved the Scheme of amalgamation of Picopeta Simputers Private Limited, Bangalore and e dot Solutions India Private Limited, Mumbai with Geodesic Information Systems Limited".

Geodesic Information Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The members at the High Court convened General Meeting held on 17th August 2007 at 11:00 a.m. have unanimously:- 1) Considered and approved the scheme of Amalgamation of Picopeta Simputers Private Limited and Edot Solutions India Private Limited with Geodesic Information Systems Limited".

Geodesic Information Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has decided to take over 100% stake of Engage Solutions Limited, Hong Kong based Company specializing in the provision of services and products primarily for the Financial Services Industry. This is in line with decision of BODs of the Company earlier to invest into securities of / acquire strategic stake / take over various technology companies who possess innovative ideas that can be integrated with the Companies existing technology and suite of products.
