The details are as follows: Mr. Mahesh Murthy has on October 29, 2004, sold 4500 shares and on November 03, 2004, sold 1500 shares of the Company. The shareholding of Mr. Mahesh Murthy after the said sale is 98987 shares amounting to 1.95% of the voting rights of Geodesic Information Systems Limited.

Geodesic Information Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the company has received intimation from Mr. Pankaj Kumar, informing that he has gifted 20000 shares to his wife. The date of the transaction is October 28, 2004 and the shareholding of Mr. Pankaj Kumar after the said transfer is 601880 shares amounting to 11.88% of the sharecapital of Geodesic Information Systems. The Promoters group holding in the Company remains the same.

Geodesic Information Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the BoD's at their meeting held on October 18, 2004, have declared the dividend policy of the Company. The Board decided that the Company will declare dividend to the shareholders in the 1st and 7th month of every calendar year that is January and July every year. The policy would be implemented with immediate effect.
