Gangotri Textiles Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed May 12, 2006 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend of 15% on equity shares of Rs.5/- each (0.75 paise). Further, the Company has also fixed May 12, 2006 as the Specified Date to determine the retail shareholders of the Company who are eligible to get shares under the reservation portion in the ensuing Public Issue (10% Reserved Rs.550 lakhs). The Company has received SEBI approval for the Public Issue of equity shares of Rs.55 crores.
