Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Company has been awarded a project by Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Limited (DTTDC), aggregating to Rs. 631.81 crores for Construction of bridge and its approaches over river Yamuna, Wazirabad, Delhi.

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that " Gammon India Limited has been awarded a contract by ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Conciousness), aggregating to Rs. 137.28 crores for Construction of 'Sri Chaitanya Chandrodaya Mandir and Indian Educational & Cultural Centre' at Sri Mayapur, Dist: Nadia, West Bengal".

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated January 20, 2010 that: " The Government of Andhra Pradesh, has issued Order No: G.O.Ms.No.27 dtd. 18.01.2010 in connection with the accident at Punjagutta Flyover, Hyderabad on 09.09.2007. Vide the said order the Government has waived the penalty on Gammon India Ltd. and also noted that the reasons for the accident were not attributable to Gammon. The said Punjagutta flyover in Hyderabad was awarded by the Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers under the category 'Most Outstanding Concrete Structure in India' ".

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "Our Wholly Owned Subsidiary, SAE Powerlines S.r.l., Italy, has been awarded a 220 KV Transmission Line Turnkey Contract aggregating to USD 22.5 Million in Algeria."

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "A duly authorized committee of the board of directors of the Company has decided that the bid closing date for the Issue is December 10, 2009 and that further to bids received from qualified institutional buyers pursuant to the Issue, the Committee has approved the issue of 12,809,400 equity shares of the Company at a price of Rs.237.45/- per equity share of the Company aggregating to Rs.3,041,592,030/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Four Crores Fifteen Lakhs Ninety Two Thousand and Thirty only)."

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that " Our Wholly Owned Subsidiary, SAE Powerlines S.r.I., Italy, has been awarded a power transmission project aggregating to USD 31 Million in Tanzania".

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "Our Subsidiary, Franco Tosi Meccanica S.P.A., Italy, has procured an order from an IPP for supply of Hydro Turbines, aggregating to Rs.510 Crores."

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "Gammon India Limited has been awarded two projects by Coastal Energen Private Limited, Chennai, aggregating to Rs. 459 crores for Construction and Structural works for 2 x 600 MW Thermal Power Project near Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu".

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "The consortium of Gammon India Limited and Pratibha Industries Limited ( Gammon is the lead partner with 51% controlling interest in the JV) has been awarded a project for ' Procurement, Fabrication and Laying of Clear Water Main From Vajarahalli To HBR on the East of Bangalore' from the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board. The total project cost is Rs.309.46 crores".

Gammon India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "Due to the adverse market conditions, the continuous fall in the market price of the Company's shares and the general economic uncertainly, the Board has, at its meeting held on 24 October 2008 cancelled the 'Gammon India Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007' and the 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh) Options granted under the said scheme".
