In continuation to our earlier letter dated 7th September,2020, this is to inform you that, the proposal of deferment for payment of principal and interest amount thereon could not be agreed upon between the Company and the debenture holders. In terms of the same and due to the inability to make the said payments, the default of the Company subsists as on date. We request you to kindly take the same on record and acknowledge receipt.
