Shringar Cinemas Limited has informed the Exchange that: "We run a listed Company by the name of 'Shringar Cinemas Limited'. The Company is in the business of film exhibition namely running single screens and multiplexes under the brand name - 'Fame'. This is to clarify that there has been a bomb blast that has taken place last evening at Ludhiana at a theatre coincidentally named Shringar Cinema. This theatre however is not a part Shringar Cinemas Limited and therefore does not belong to or is run by us".
