Fame India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide a Resolution passed by circulation dated August 12, 2010, taken on record the resignation of Mr. Vishal Nevatia from the directorship of the Company with immediate effect.

Fame India Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Suratha Satpathy is appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective April 06, 2010.

Fame India Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Abhishek Mahorey, Compliance Officer / Company Secretary & Head Legal tendered his resignation w. e. f. March 16, 2010 and the management of the Company has accepted the same. The Company is in the process of recruiting an another person for the stated post. Further, Mr. Shravan Shroff, Managing Director shall be the designated Compliance Officer of the Company.

Fame India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors vide a Circular Resolution dated October 23, 2009 has approved: (1) Notice of Postal Ballot alongwith a Form of Postal ballot for passing Special Resolution in respect of Alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company in terms of Sections 31 of the Companies Act, 1956. (2) Appointment of Mr. Tushar Shridharani, a Practicing Company Secretary as scrutinizer for conducting the voting process through Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner.

Shringar Cinemas Limited has informed the Exchange that "Ms. Pooja N., B.Com, ACS, LL.B., has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 18th June 2007 and she shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company henceforth till her tenure as a Company Secretary in the Company".
