Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that trading in the equity shares of Everonn Education Limited will be suspended w.e.f. November 04, 2016 (i.e. closing hours of trading on November 03, 2016) pursuant to order dated 29/08/2016 passed by the Hon ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, in C.P no. 375 of 2014 and C.P. no. 1135 & 1136 of 2014, on the recommendation of Official Liquidator attached to this court has been appointed as its Provisional Liquidator with the direction to take possession of all assets, as well as books, documents and records etc.

News Verification : The media had reports that National Skills Development Corporation of India(NSDC) has decided not to pick up the 27% stake in the company's 100% subsidiary Everonn Skill Development Limited. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company on January 16, 2012.
