Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye Laws & Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Everonn Education Limited w.e.f. July 02, 2018.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 02, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009.
