Everonn Education Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Ganapathy H Puranik a qualified Cost Accountant and Graduate in Law with more than 22 years of extensive experience in the fields of Banking, Finance and Realty Sectors has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from July 08, 2013.

Everonn Education Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of Company held on May 22, 2013, passed a resolution appointing Mr. Lakdawala Turab Mohd Hussein as Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from May 22, 2013.

Everonn Education Limited has informed the Exchange that Dr. Vijay Musaravakkam Soundarajan Kumar, independent and non-executive director of the Company has in his letter dated January 11, 2013 received on February 04, 2013, expressed his inability to continue as a director of the Company on account of his pre-occupations.

Everonn Education Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Nikhil P Gandhi, Nominee of SKIL Infrastructure Limited (SKIL), in his correspondence dated December 28, 2012 expressed his inability to continue as a Director of the Company on account of his pre-occupations. SKIL will nominate a Director in place of Mr. Nikhil P Gandhi shortly.

Everonn Education Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Sankaran, independent and non-executive director of the Company has in his letter dated June 12, 2012 expressed his inability to continue as a director of the Company on account of his poor health condition.

Everonn Education Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. N P Mathi Lingan was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 02, 2012 in place of Mr. S. Vijayanand who was resigned from the services as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

Kasiviswanathan - Non Executive and Independent Director of the Company had expressed his inability to continue in the Board of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from December 17, 2007 and submitted his resignation to the Company. Further to the above , Mr. Joe Thomas who was categorized as Non- Executive Director will henceforth be redesignated, as Non- Executive & Independent Director.

Everonn Systems India Limited has informed the Exchange that : "Mr. S. Vijayanand was appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from August 1, 2007 in place of Mr. K. V. Viswanathan who has resigned from the services of the Company. Also note that Mr. S. Vijayanand was appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from August 16, 2007 in place of Mr. A. V. Sridhar".
