Etc Networks Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 12, 2008, the following decisions were taken: 1) Board has recommended payment of Dividend to the Equity Shareholders @25% (Rs. 2.50 per share) for the FY 2007-08. 2) Board has convened the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company on July 24, 2008. 3) The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed for the purposes of AGM and Payment of Dividend during the period from July 19, 2008 to July 24, 2008 (both days inclusive).
