Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed September 17, 2010 as the Record Date for determination of members of the Company (ETC Networks Limited) who would be eligible for issuance of equity shares (pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement) by the Transferee Company i.e. Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL).
