Eon Electric Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh has on March 27, 2012, approved the Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme") pursuant to Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956 between Eon Electric Limited (Demerged Company) and Advance Metering Technology Limited (Resulting Company) and their respective Shareholders & Creditors with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. April 01, 2011.
