Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Entegra Limited (ENTEGRA) w.e.f. March 02, 2020 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 13, 2019 to November 14, 2019 ( both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on November 14, 2019.

Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2019 to May 27, 2019 (both days inclusivefor the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2019

Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed September 27, 2011 as the Record Date for the purpose of Issue of Bonus Shares to the existing Shareholders of the Company.

Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2011 recommended issue of "Bonus Shares" to the existing shareholders of the Company in the ratio 4:13 i.e. 4 (Four) Equity Shares for every 13 (Thirteen) Equity Shares and / or Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) held by the existing shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2010 to September 24, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 29, 2010.

Entegra Limited has informed the Exchange that Company has fixed July 04, 2008 as Record Date for the purpose of Rights entitlement (One equity share for every One equity share held i.e. 1:1) at a price of Rs.25/- per share i.e. each share of face value of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.15/- per share.
