Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21(2) b of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited w.e.f. May 30, 2018.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 28, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for�� proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 24, 2014 to December 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 31, 2014. (Revised Book Closure Dates)

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 22, 2014 to December 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 29, 2014.

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Book Closure from December 23, 2013 to December 30, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on December 30, 2013.

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 28, 2012. Further the Share transfer books closed from September 20, 2012 to September 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) for payment of dividend.

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 12, 2011, following decisions were taken: (1) To hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 26, 2011. (2) To keep the transfer books closed from September 17, 2011 to September 26, 2011 (both days inclusive) for payment of dividend .

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that after the closure of the Qualified Institutions Placement issue on September 21, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on September 24, 2010 have allotted 1,679,450 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company for cash at an issue price of Rs.415/- including a premium of Rs.405/- per share.

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that the QIP Issue of the Company closed on September 21, 2010. The QIP Committee of the Company met on September 22, 2010 for noting the applications received by the Company/Book Running Lead Manager, viz. Karvy Investor Services Pvt. Ltd. Further, the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of resolution passed by the QIP Committee on September 22, 2010.

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that in the QIP Committee Meeting held on September 16, 2010, it was decided to open Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) on September 17, 2010 and close it on September 21, 2010.

Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 18, 2010, following decisions were taken: (1) To hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 28, 2010. (2) To keep the transfer books closed from September 20, 2010 to September 28, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders for divident payment.
