Mudra Lifestyle Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on July 25, 2010 has recommended dividend of Rs.0.60 per equity shares i.e. @ 6% having face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 on its total paid up equity share capital of Rs.3599.05 Lacs subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Mudra Lifestyle Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 28, 2009, interalia, has considered the following: Recommended dividend of Rs.0.60 per Equity Share having face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 on its total paid-up Equity Share Capital of Rs. 3,599.05 Lacs subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Mudra Lifestyle Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 29, 2008 has considered the following:- (1) Approved Annual Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008. The Company has registered an encouraging performance during the year ended March 31, 2008. The total income for the year was Rs.27255.41 Lacs as against Rs.16416.58 Lacs in the previous year.
