Digjam Limited has informed the Exchange that refer to letter dated March 10, 2016 from erstwhile Digjam Limited intimating about the appointment of M/s MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, Kolkata as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company to be effective upon execution of necessary agreement.The Company now informed that requisite agreement with the aforesaid RTA has been executed on March 29, 2016 and their appointment is effective from the said date.

Digjam Limited has informed the Exchange that the Change of Name pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Digjam Limited, the Amalgamating Company and Digjam textiles Limited(the Amalgamated Company) and their respective creditors and shareholders.
