Diamond Power Infra Ltd has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 24, 2013, interalia, has decided the following:- 1) Allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:3 to the public shareholders; 2) Recommended, interalia, dividend of Rs.1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (@10%) for the financial year 2012-13.

Diamond Power Infra Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2012, considered and recommended Dividend at the rate of 40% i.e. Rs.4 per 1equity share of Rs.10 each for the financial year 2011-12.

Diamond Power Infra Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 04, 2011, recommended 30% Dividend Per Equity Shares of Rs. 10 Each i.e. Rs. 3 per Each Equity Share for the period ended on March 31, 2011.
