Cura Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2011, have recommended Dividend of Rs. 0.20 (2%) per Equity Shares of Rs.10 each, for the Financial Year 2010-2011 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
