CORE Education & Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board, at its meeting held on August 14, 2014 has noted and accepted the resignation letter dated July 19, 2014 of Mr. Pundi L. Narasimham, Independent Director.

CORE Education & Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Awinash M. Arondekar, Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation at the ensuing AGM, has intimated his intentions of not seeking the re-appointment and hence be considered as his resignation with effect from June 25, 2013.

Further Mr. M N Nambiar, Independent Director, who has completed two terms appointment and liable to retire by rotation at the ensuing AGM has intimated his intentions of not seeking the re-appointment and hence be considered as his resignation w.e.f June 05, 2013

Core Projects And Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Members of the Company at their Annual General Meeting, had confirmed the appointment of M/s Chaturvedi & Shah, Chartered Accountants and M/s Asit Mehta & Associates, Chartered Accountants as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Joint Statutory Auditors M/s Engineer & Mehta, Chartered Accountants and M/s P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Core Projects And Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that "Mr. Abhay Phansikar is appointed as President-UK, with a new role to look after the Company's operations in the United Kingdom.

Core Projects And Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 26, 2007 approved the following :- (1) Entering into an MOU for purchase of office building admeasuring 1,84,000 Sq. feet at Mahape, Navi Mumbai. (2) Appointment of Mr. M N Nambiar as an Non-Executive Independent Director. (3) Appointed of Mr. Hari Iyer as an Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
