Compulink Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of Compulink Systems Limited (CSL) with Glodyne Technoserve Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (the Scheme) filed under the Company Scheme Petition no.478 of 2010 connected with Company Summons for Direction no.342 of 2010 vide Order dated October 22, 2010.

Compulink Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company announced 20.80% Quarter on Quarter growth in revenue to reach Rs.500.17 Lacs and 95.83% growth in PAT for the quarter ended September 30, 2008, to reach Rs. 66.80 Lacs; in comparison with the same quarter last year. The EPS grew 93.93% for the same period from 0.33 to 0.64.
