Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of CIL Nova Petrochemicals Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. April 06, 2021 (i.e. w.e.f. closing hours of trading on April 05, 2021) on account of voluntary delisting pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The admission to dealings in securities of the said company shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. April 13, 2021.

CIL Nova Petrochemicals Limited had intimated the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 16-Oct-2020 to 17-Oct-2020. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will now remain closed from 13-Oct-2020 to 17-Oct-2020 for the purpose of Meeting.
