Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye Laws & Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Clutch Auto Limited w.e.f. July 02, 2018.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 28, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for�� proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Clutch Auto Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 24, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 30, 2015.
