Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger for exhibition business of Cinemax Properties Limited (CPL) approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, all the employees of CPL shall be transferred to transferee Company i.e. Cinemax Exhibition India Limited and accordingly Mr. Jatin J. Shah has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mrs. Rashmi J. Shah have joined the Company as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. May 24, 2012.

Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Mr. Utpal Sheth, as an Independent Director of the Company and Mr. Sanjay Sanghvi, as an Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Sunil Punjabi has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, w.e.f. July 12, 2010.

Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Mr. Jatin J. Shah has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 11th March, 2008".

Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated October 25, 2007 that: "Ms. Deepa Gupta, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has resigned from the Company. The Company is in process of appointing Company Secretary, and meanwhile Mr. Mayur Parekh, VP-Finance & Accounts will act as a Compliance Officer of the Company."

Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Company has complied with the provisions under Sub Clause 49(III) of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement by appointing Mr.Pravin Ghatalia, Independent Director of the Company, as an Independent Director of Vista Entertainment Private Limited, a Subsidiary of the Company, w.e.f. 31st July 2007".
