Cimmco Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon��ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench has by an order dated October 16, 2017 ('the Order') sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation ('the Scheme') of Titagarh Agrico Private Limited with the Company w.e.f. the Appointed Date: April 01, 2016. Further the Company has submitted a certified true copy of the Order issued on November 09, 2017 which has been filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on November 14, 2017 and accordingly the Scheme has become effective from the said date.
