(TIIC) has been Co-opted / appointed on the Board of the Company as the Nominee Director of TIIC, at the Board Meeting held on February 12, 2013, in the place of Mr. Md. Nasimuddin, IAS.

Chettinad Cement Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. L. Muthukrishnan, Chartered Accountant has been Co-opted on the Board of the Company as an Additional Director with effect from May 15, 2012.

(Principal Secretary / Chairman & Managing Director of TIIC) has been Co-opted on the Board of the Company as the Nominee Director of TIIC, at the Board Meeting held on August 09, 2011, in the place of Smt. Sheela Rani Chunkath, I.A.S.

Chettinad Cement Corporation Ltd has informed the Exchange that M/s V. Soundararajan & Co., Chartered Accountants have been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company, by the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 07, 2009, to hold office from the conclusion of the said AGM until the conclusion of the next AGM along with the two existing Statutory Auditors of the Company - M/s P.B. Vijayaraghavan & Co. and M/s Krishaan & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Chettinad Cement Corporation Ltd has informed the Exchange that one of the Statutory Auditors of the Company M/s. Seshadri & Jayaraman, Chartered Accountants have submitted letter expressing their intention not to seek re-appointment at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Their Tenure as Auditors would terminate at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

(the Chairperson & Managing Director of TIIC) has been Co-opted on the Board of the Company as the Nominee Director of TIIC, with effect from 09th January, 2009, in place of Sri C. Umashankar, I.A.S."

Pani have not sought for their respective Re-appointment as Directors at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and as such, they have been retired at the said AGM held on 25.09.2007".
