Inga Capital Private Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the publication of Exit Offer Public Announcement to the Equity Shareholders of Chemplast Sanmar Ltd ("Target Company") in respect of the voluntary delisting of the equity shares ("Equity Shares") of the Target Company from BSE Ltd, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and Madras Stock Exchange Ltd.

Chemplast Sanmar Limited has, with reference to the Delisting of the equity shares of the Company from the Exchange, submitted to the Exchange the details of the name, address and contact numbers of the Contact Person at RTA and at the Company for solving Investor queries post Delisting.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of Chemplast Sanmar Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. June 18, 2012 (i.e. w.e.f. closing hours of trading on June 15, 2012) on account of voluntary delisting pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The admission to dealings in securities of the said company shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. June 25, 2012.
