Celestial Labs Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in their just concluded Board meeting held on July 31, 2009 have transacted the following business: 1) The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.50 paise per share (5% on an equity share par value of Rs. 10/- each). 2) Issue of warrants upto 8,45,000 to Promoters / Promoter Group / Non Promoter / Others.
