Amtek India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has completed the following restructuring of its overseas business:- 1. Amtek Kuepper GmbH, (a Germany based 100% subsidiary of the Company {which is in turn a subsidiary of Amtek Auto Limited}), has sold its entire stake in Kuepper Group of Companies to Amtek Technologies Deutschland GmbH ( ATD ) {a step down subsidiary of Amtek Global Technologies (AGT) which is in turn a subsidiary of Amtek Auto Limited ( AAL )} in lieu of 21.5% equity stake in AGT. 2.
