Brandhouse Retails Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the resignation of Shri Dara D. Avari as Non-Executive Director from the Board of the Company owing to his preoccupation and advancing age.

Brandhouse Retails Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, upon recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, has re-appointed Mr. Nitin S. Kasliwal as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of Five years with effect from January 30, 2013 to January 29, 2018 without payment of any remuneration. The said re-appointment of Mr. Nitin S. Kasliwal as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company is subject to the approval of the Central Government and the members of the Company.

Brandhouse Retails Limited has informed the Exchange that the cessation of the following Directors from the Board of the Company pursuant to the withdrawal of nomination by India Debt Management Private Limited: 1. Shri Susheel Kak; 2. Shri Denys Firth; 3. Shri Navin Sambtani (Alternate to Shri Denys Firth).

Brandhouse Retails Limited has informed the Exchange that Smt.Jyoti N. Kasliwal has resigned as a Director of the Company due to her pre-occupation and family commitments.

Brandhouse Retails Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Anish Modi, Nominee of India Debt Management Private Limited on the Board of the Company has ceased to be a Director with effect from September 15, 2011, following his resignation from employment with India Debt Management Pvt. Limited. The Board of the Company took note of and accepted his resignation from the Board at its meeting held on November 12, 2011. Further, at the same meeting, the Board has filled the above vacancy by appointing Mr. Susheel Kak, nominated by India Debt Management Private Limited to be its nominee on the B

Brandhouse Retails Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2010 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Tarun Joshi as Managing Director of the Company who had resigned due to his ill-health. The Board at the said meeting appointed Mr. Nitin S. Kasliwal, Chairman as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from January 30, 2010".
