Rpg Life Sciences Limited has informed the Exchange that "Mr. Arvind Vasudeva has stepped down as Managing Director effective from February 06, 2008. This change is consequent to the sale of the pharmaceuticals business by the company to RPG Pharmaceuticals Limited (now known as RPG Life Sciences Limited) under the Scheme of Arrangement.
