Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in Equity Shares of Blue Star Infotech Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. June 02, 2016 (i.e. closing hours of trading on June 01, 2016) on account of Scheme of Amalgamation of Blue Star Infotech Limited with Blue Star Limited.

The Exchange had sought clarification from Blue Star Infotech Limited with respect to an announcement vide letter dated July 21, 2015 wherein Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 21, 2015 have approved the proposal for the Company to purchase the outstanding 25,89,642 shares constituting 51.03% of Equity shares of Blue Star Infotech Business Intelligence and Analytics Private Limited. The Company has submitted its clarification.

The Exchange has sought clarification from Blue Star Infotech Limited with respect to an announcement vide letter dated July 21, 2015 wherein Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 21, 2015 have approved the proposal for the Company to purchase the outstanding 25,89,642 shares constituting 51.03% of Equity shares of Blue Star Infotech Business Intelligence and Analytics Private Limited . On the basis of the above the Company is requested to clarify the following:a) Whether the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in the entity being acquired? If yes, nature of
