Blue Star Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company Scheme Petition on the captioned subject has been admitted by the Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay March 4, 2016. The Petition has been fixed for hearing before the Hon'ble Judge taking Company matters on April 15, 2016 onwards.
