BLUEBIRD: Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 ( Regulations ), Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21(2)(b) of Securities Contract Regulations Rules, 1957 and Bye Laws and Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited ( Exchange ) it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Blue Bird (India) Limited w.e.f. March 24, 2017 as per Chapter V of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on April 24, 2016 has issued public notice in the newspaper for compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Blue Bird (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Book closure will be commencing from September 21, 2011 till September 30, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2011.

Blue Bird (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in the meeting held on June 09, 2010 have taken the following decisions: (1) Book Closure will be from September 21, 2010 to September 30, 2010 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting; (2) Approved the date of the Annual General Meeting for the year 2009-10 to be held on September 30, 2010.

Blue Bird (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the following decisions were taken at the Board Meeting held on August 22, 2009: a) The Board of Directors have not proposed dividend on Equity Shares for the year. b) The Board of Directors approved the date of the Annual General Meeting for the year 2008-09 to be held on September 30, 2009. c) Book Closure date will be from September 21, 2009 to September 30, 2009 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. Further, the company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of proceedings of the Board Meeting of the Company
