Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on June 30, 2011 after the dividend is approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 27, 2011.

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2011 has recommended dividend @25% (Rs.2.50 per Equity Share) subject to necessary approval.

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2010 has recommended declaration of dividend @35% (Rupees 3.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) subject to requisite approval.

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on April 23, 2009 have recommended declaration of dividend @ 21% (Rupees 2.10 per Equity Share) subject to requisite approval. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on June 26, 2009. Further, the Register of Members will remain closed from June 19, 2009 to June 26, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend to the Equity Shareholders.

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on April 21, 2008 have recommended declaration of dividend @25% (Rupees 2.50 per Equity Share) subject to requisite approval. The Register of Members will remain closed from June 18, 2008 to June 23, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
