Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The rating agency, CARE has revised the ratings of non convertible debentures for Rs.70 Crores and Rs.40 Crores from CARE BBB+ to CARE A - vide their letters dated August 30, 2007 and September 10, 2007 respectively received by us on 12th September 2007".
