Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated July 21, 2009 that : "Mr. Sanjai Vohra (Nominee of JP Morgan) and Mr. Shishir Jain, Alternate Director to Mr. Sanjai Vohra have resigned as Directors of the Company with effect from today".

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 23, 2009, Miss Nidhi Binani has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. S. S. Khandekar and Mr. I. C. Ahuja have resigned as Directors at the Board Meeting held on January 29, 2009. Further, the Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Shishir Jain as Alternate Director to Mr. Sanjai Vohra, Nominee of JP Morgan Special Situations(Mauritius)Limited.

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting held on October 23, 2008, the Board has appointed Mr. Ramkrishna G. Moogimane as an Additional Director who shall be an Independent Director of the Company. Further, the Board has also appointed Mr. P. Acharya as President of the Company w.e.f. November 15, 2008 and he shall be Wholetime Director of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2009. Mr. P. Sheoran, Wholetime Director will demit office on December 31, 2008 at the end of the tenure.

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that vide its letter dated October 23, 2007 that: "The Board of Directors at their Meeting held today have unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. S. S. Khandekar and Mr. I. C. Ahuja as Wholetime Directors for the period upto March 31, 2009".

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that " Mr. Sushil Bhatter, Managing Director of Binani Industries Limited has resigned as Director of the Company".

Binani Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Mr. M. K. Chattopadhyaya has been inducted as an Additional Director of the Company at the Meeting of the board of directors held today on 3rd July 2007".
