Bilpower Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2011 have Recommended dividend @ 10% on 1,05,00,800 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each (Re. 1/- per equity share) for the year ended on March 31, 2011.

Bilpower Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 18, 2010 have recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs. 1.80 per Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for Financial Year ended March 31, 2010.

Bilpower Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 23, 2009 has recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs.1.80 per equity share on 1,05,00,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.

Bilpower Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 17, 2008 has recommended dividend @18% on 1,05,00,800 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2007-08.

Bilpower Limited has informed the Exchange with respect to the Board Meeting held on July 26, 2007, that: "Dividend for the year ended 31-03-2007 includes interim dividend @10% and final dividend @5%. Final dividend shall be effective on approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting".

Bilpower Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors in their Meeting held on 15th March 2007 have approved declaration of Interim Dividend @ 10% keeping in view the Company's policy to enhance shareholders' Interest and for the purpose of Interim Dividend the record date will be 23.03.2007".
