Bhagyanagar India Limited has informed the Exchange vide letter dated January 23, 2017 "This is in continuation of our letter dated December 30, 2016 intimating you about the receipt of certified true copy of the Order of Hon'ble High Court sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement. In this regard, we hereby inform you that the Company had submitted certified true copy of the above Order of Hon'ble High Court sanctioning the Scheme with Registrar of Companies vide e-form on January 23, 2017. Consequently, the scheme has become effective from January 23,2017".

Bhagyanagar India Limited has informed the Exchange vide letter dated December 30, 2016 that "This is in continuation to our letter dated November 22, 2016 we are pleased to inform you that the Hon'ble High Court of Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh, vide their Order dated November 21, 2016, Certified Copy of which dated December 28, 2016 was received by the Company today, has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between M/s Bhagyanagar India Limited (Demerged Company) and M/s Surana Telecom and Power Limited (1st Resulting Company) and M/s Bhagyanagar Prop

Bhagyanagar India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Scheme of Arrangement .

Bhagyanagar Metals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has completed acquisition of 25 acres of land at Gachibowli, Hyderabad through its 100% owned subsidiaries M/s. Bhagyanagar Properties Limited and M/s. Scientia Infocom India Limited. Gachibowli is the main IT Park location where prime companies such as Microsoft, Wipro etc., have their campus.

Bhagyanagar Metals Limited has informed the Exchange that as per the proposal approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their Board Meeting held on May 02, 2005, the company intends to restructure the companies business in order to give adequate focus to the telecom, metals, investment and infrastructure businesses. The Company intends to continue as Metals & Investment Company & demerge the Company's telecom business to Bhagyanagar Telecom Limited, Infrastructure business to Bhagyanagar Infrastructure Limited.
