In connection with the aforesaid delisting offer, this is to inform you that BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) have issued their final approval for the delisting of equity shares from both the Stock Exchanges, in compliance with regulation 25 and 26 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 and pursuant to their letters dated November 28, 2022. Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of the company Bhagyanagar Properties Limited (BHAGYAPROP) shall be suspended w.e.f. December 12, 2022 (i.e. w.e.f. closing hours of trading on December 09, 2022) on account of voluntary delisting. The admission to dealings in securities of the said company shall be withdrawn w.e.f. December 19, 2022.
