Bell Ceramics Ltd has informed the Exchange that Subsequent to the approval of the Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on October 25, 2005, the BODs at their meeting held on October 25, 2005 has also approved the implementation of the scheme for issue of 461000 Equity shares to Employees of the Company, under the "Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2005-2006", approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of special Resolution, at the AGM of the Company, held on July 16, 2005.
