    Bell Ceramics Limited has informed the Exchange that "JBS Investment Pte Ltd, a promoter of the Company presently holding 1,50,00,000 (One Crore and fifty lakhs) preference shares of face value of Rs.10 (Rupees ten) each, in the Company has transferred the same to Mr. Shiv Jumar Jatia, also a promoter of the Company, on July 22, 2010, at a price arrived at in compliance with the prescribed valuation guidelines".
