The Bank Of Rajasthan Limited has informed the Exchange that the Reserve Bank of India vide their letter dated July 01, 2010 have approved the appointment of M/s Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Statutory Auditors of the Bank for the year 2010-11, subject to ratification by the Board and complying with other requirements of Companies Act.
