Aztecsoft Limited has informed the Exchange that "Until date we had been publishing our financial results within fifteen days from the end of the quarter. On April 13, 2007, the Honorable High Court of Karnataka has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aztec Disha Technologies Limited (our wholly owned subsidiary) with Aztecsoft Limited. Anticipating receipt of the signed Order approving the Scheme of Amalgamation (with effect from April, 1, 2006), we on April 18, 2007 intimated to the Stock Exchanges, that we would be having a Board Meeting on April 26, 2007 to consider the financial result
