Avanti Feeds Limited has informed the Exchange that, by an order made on December 14, 2011, the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad has directed that a Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company i.e. Avanti Feeds Limited, be convened and held on January 21, 2012, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed to be made between Avanti Thai Aqua Feeds Private Limited and Avanti Feeds Limited and their respective shareholders.
