Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 read with Rule 21(b) of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957and Bye-Laws and Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Exchange), it is hereby notified that it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Austral Coke & Projects Limited w.e.f. December 16, 2022.
