Assam Company India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 28, 2013, has recommended payment of Dividend @ Rs 0.05 per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Assam Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company has been held on September 30, 2009 wherein the proposed dividend of 15% (Fifteen percent only) i.e. Re. 0.15 per equity share of Re. 1/- each has been approved by the shareholders and the same would be paid after September 30, 2009.
