Arrow Textiles Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 18, 2018, recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.5 per equity share.

Arrow Textiles Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2017 have recommendation of Dividend @ 15 % i.e, 1.5/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/-each. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Arrow Textiles Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2016 has Recommendation of Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs 1/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each.
