Aqua Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely Aqua Logistics (L) LTD., in Labuan, Malaysia.

Aqua Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company at its Board Meeting held on April 21, 2011 has decided to acquire Bangalore based Nikkos Logistics Private Limited. Nikkos Logistics Private Limited is in the business of complete logistics services provider, both human and cargo, by land, sea, air or by any other means, supply chain management service providers. The Company will acquire up to 70% stake in the said Company over a period of time.
